Unilever is on a journey to become more and more digital every day. Therefore, we are hiring a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) expert to help lead the always-on digital engagement for our brands. What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside digital marketing managers to develop and execute data driven CRM strategies that optimize consumer loyalty, acquisition, retention and personalization (in collaboration with a strategic agency)
  • Support on development of CRM strategies and programs which are reflective of Unilever CRM principles. Assist operations and execution of CRM programs within the strategy, and ensure awareness of and compliance with best practices
  • Ensure continuous improvement and updating of CRM toolkits and case studies
  • Work across teams within and outside Unilever to ensure briefs and objectives are fit for purpose and consistent with CRM strategy
  • Collaborate with agency to track programs versus plans, interpreting the results and recommending actions
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional partners, including IT, ecommerce and media to deliver holistic consumer experience
  • Problem solve with brands and agency partners
  • Support with ad hoc strategic projects and initiatives
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly reports, asset audits, brand scorecards, budgets and vendor management

What You’ll Need To Succeed

·Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in supporting CRM, direct marketing, integrated marketing, and/or loyalty programs is required
  • Experience in/demonstrated passion for data and rigor and pride around delivering brilliant basics
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
  • HTML/CSS and experience with analytical tools or SQL a plus
