Our client, In the plastic injection molding industry is seeking a process technician to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department and supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have Machine Tonnage ranging from 55T to 950T, Hot Runner System, and experience with automotive industry, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Technician

Location: El paso Texas

Pay Range:$25 - $30

What’s the Job?

• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot, plastic injection molding machines.

• Troubleshooting tasks might include dealing with incosistent material, faulty equipment, human error, and preventing defects from occuring.

• Monitor and troubleshoot processing problems. Diagnose and correct problems with molds set-ups, auxiliary equipment robotics, welders, and automation using standard work practice

• Experience with Hot Runner systems

• Experience with machine tonnage ranging from 55-T to 950-T.

What’s Needed?

• Experience with machine tonnage ranging from 55-T to 950-T

• Hot runner systems

• Esperience troubleshooting commodity rsins susch as polypropylenes, glass-filled nylon's, pvc, polycarbonates, acetyls, acrylics.

• Experience with automotive industry.
