Responsible for providing direction and oversight to the OSPE team in the design, engineering, and permitting of OSP engineering projects. Work closely with the existing management team to maintain the momentum and culture, including the mentoring and training of personnel, and the establishment of standards, processes, procedures, and quality control measures for the performance of OSPE services to the telecom industry. Work closely with the team to ensure the compliance and timely delivery, on all OSPE projects, in such a manner as to provide the highest quality of services to customers. Provide daily direction and guidance on OSPE projects to ensure their timely completion. Travel/Relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
