We are currently seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the organization by cultivating employee skills, contributing to employee development, and promoting positive job growth. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with leadership to evaluate training and development needs within the organization. Support cross-departmental initiatives and partnerships to reduce training gaps and build consistency. Utilize the Learning Management System software to help develop, deliver and track employe training. Create, develop, and implement training for both in person and online learning modules that align with company values and optimize the employee experience. Review and research market trends and practices to make recommendations and incorporate findings into training and development materials; ensure training is in compliance with legislation and regulations. Provide leadership training that inspires our team to be servant leaders; building strong teams with members that are personally and professionally successful. Examines behavioral assessments to determine an individual\'s patterns of behavior, thoughts, emotions, and motivations; assess strengths and weaknesses. Conduct and deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques. Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs; make changes based on the needs of the business; provide actionable feedback to continually improve performance and efficiency. Create and update development programs and career paths to assure company and employee growth; provide career development support. Schedule training for new and existing employees.
