Position: Director, IT Systems (Applications) Salary: $121,000.00 + DOE

DUTIES :
Serves as Director of IT Systems (Applications) with operational and fiscal responsibility for the ERP, i.e. Enterprise Resource Planning System which represents Merchandising, Store Inventory, Store POS (Point of Sale), Financial Systems, and eCommerce. Direct associates for Application program development and Enterprise Data Architecture.
Develops, maintains, and executes divisional operating budget in support of the corporate applications. Support the business processes and information needs through the use of Applications Systems.
Receives very broad direction from the CIO and business units. Work is guided by CSC's strategic business plan and corporate priorities. Provide regular updates to the Executive Steering Committee which consists of the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Information Officer.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
Minimum:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 5 years of experience supervising a Retail Application Development department.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from conception until post implementation.
Experience with Structured Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience establishing and maintaining budgets for hardware, software, and other expenses.
Certification/Training: This position will require that COR training be obtained within the first 6 months of the job.
Preferred: (In addition to the minimum qualifications):
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
At least 10 years of experience supervising a Retail Application Development department.
