Robert Half is searching for either a Sr. Accountant or an Accounting Manager for a local organization. The ideal Accountant will have experience with Reconciliations and Journal Entries, Month End, and owning the full financials for an organization. Any candidates with nonprofit accounting or grant accounting would be a plus! Any management experience would be a plus as this supervises one individual.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sr. Accountant or similar role

• Proficiency in General Ledger management and Journal Entries

• Familiarity with Grant Accounting practices preferred

• Bank Reconciliations

• Balance Sheet Reconciliations

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Solid understanding of accounting regulations and principles
