R10036865 Workday (myHR) Training Specialist (Open) Location: Tulsa, OK - W. 7th St. - Management - Central BSCAtlanta, GA (South Division) - Filling industrial, Independence, OH - Rockside Woods Blvd - Management, Radnor, PA (Airgas HO) - Management How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Workday Training Specialist will partner with Human Resources, HR Operations, and functional area/subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, implement, and maintain Workday training instructional materials in multiple modalities including Job Aids, videos, live/virtual instructor-led training, and online computer-based trainings to assist employees in learning Workday functionality. Experience incorporating change management in training approach. The Specialist will make recommendations on training resources to support all levels of Workday users across the organization. This position can be located in Radnor, PA, Tulsa, OK, Independence, OH, or Atlanta, GA and will be a combination of in-office and remote work. Job Duties Outlined: Training creation, management, scheduling, delivery & assessment Design and maintain Workday training curriculum and development plans utilizing multiple modalities such as Job Aids, videos, live/virtual instructor-led training, and computer-based trainings employing various tools, e.g. Google Workspace, Camtasia, Workday Learning Maintain knowledge of all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Talent & Performance, Compensation, etc. Stay current on Workday changes through active participation in Workday Community and internal meetings with HR Operations and HRDS teams Participate in discovery and testing sessions for any new modules Evaluate training impacts from Workday's semi-annual releases in partnership with the HR Operations and develop appropriate implementation materials Conduct semi-annual audits of Workday Job Aids and other reference materials; evaluate and review for changes and schedule future materials for publication Partner with HR Operations for ongoing assessment of training needs of Workday users Assess applicability and relevance of existing training and the opportunity to develop new training using analytics from Workday and other sources of data Apply continuous improvement principles to training creation and delivery, help text functionality, and all other aspects of the training function Schedule and deliver training sessions as needed based on Workday updates or when new modules or options are added Facilitate SME-led informational sessions in partnership with functional areas Partner with Corporate Communications to maintain and enhance Workday intranet site and the Talent & Performance Hub intranet site in partnership with the HR Operations Participate in New Employee Orientation to introduce new employees to Workday and provide direction on how to access training resources Promote training to all levels of Workday users across the organization PHYSICAL DEMANDS: the physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
