Pay: $20/hr

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Must be able to pass DT and BG Check

Hours: 6pm to 6am condensed schedule working 12 hour shifts rotating working weekends

Description:

• Responsible for interpreting the recipe formulas, mixing the ingredients, and operating the equipment in the cheese-making process.

• Blend, Pasteurize, Homogenize, Acidify, Ph all cream cheese products

• Assist with maintaining inventory of ingredients and packaging for co-pack products by alerting cream cheese supervisor

• Retrieve, measure, and return ingredients as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Machine operating experience

• Food industry experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
