About The Position

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This role's main responsibility is to ensure the successful delivery of client-related projects by creating, managing, maintaining, and presenting internal and customer-facing project assets. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders in various departments to ensure tasks are met, and milestones are achieved in a timely manner. As an integral part of our team, the Project Manager will enable us to deliver high quality products on time, and prepare progress reports to highlight risks, growth opportunities, and major accomplishments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Client Success Team, Product Managers, and other department stakeholders to execute project plans.
  • Develop project charters to record and communicate the scope, resources, tasks, milestones, risks, and timelines.
  • Track and report on project progress, dependencies, and performance metrics.
  • Work with Client Success Managers to identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks.
  • Define responsibilities, identify project deliverables, and assign tasks.
  • Demonstrate high motivation with the ability to prioritize and manage competing responsibilities.
  • Maintain quality standards by implementing and using organizational processes, templates, and other resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or related Project Management experience in Healthcare Operations or Healthcare IT.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver executive level presentations.
  • Experience managing the implementation and onboarding of software solutions in the agile-hybrid environment.
  • Familiarity with Project Management best practices, such as the PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
  • Experience with SaaS licensing model.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Jira Atlassia, PowerBI, Microsoft Project, and other Office 365 products.
  • Maintain clear and effective verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Lean certified.
