Description

Roseann Mabry is partnering with a company located one hour north of St. Louis to place a Facilities Manager on a direct hire basis. The Facility Manager will oversee the maintenance schedule, manage all maintenance projects, review company leases, handle inspections, negotiate contracts, and communicate with supervisors whether or not a repair or a replacement part is required for machinery. The Facilities Manager will have 5 direct reports. This position will also handle safety training for equipment. The Facility Manager will partner with the Operation's Manager to install racks and systems as needed. The annual salary for the Facilities Manager will be up to 80K. Responsibilities:

-5 direct reports

• Oversee and manage all maintenance projects

• Review company leases and negotiate contracts

• Handle inspections and determine the need for repairs or replacements

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members

• Ensure that all machinery is in good working order

• Conduct safety training for equipment use

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to install racks and systems

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook for communication and record keeping

• Apply skills in management systems, construction, and customer service to effectively perform tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role such as Facilities Assistant or related field.

-5 prior experience supervising employees.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook is essential.

• Experience with Management Systems is required.

• Construction knowledge or experience is highly desirable.

• Exceptional customer service skills are crucial.

• Ability to handle and manage documentation effectively.

• Experience in coordinating and managing facilities-related projects.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to respond promptly to facility emergencies or urgent issues.

• Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when required.
