Roles & Responsibilities:

• Electrical engineer to work on design of electrical control systems for SDL surface equipment.

• Familiarity with automation and control systems such as Alan Bradly , data acquisition system from Pepper and Fuchs would be needed

• Proven experience in the development of Low Power System Designs , controls electronics hardware and controls systems.

• Power Electronics design, selection, specification for Purchase of controls hardware devices, Human Machine Interface ( HMI ) including PLC-based systems.

• Background and experience in signal processing and analysis, control systems , system dynamics , and associated mathematics and computation.

• Experience with system identification and estimation techniques.

• Experience with data acquisition and measurement systems.

• Low voltage systems design

• Sensor specification and selection

• HMI and data acquisition systems

• Automation and control systems

Desired Skills :

• Knowledge on software tool like MATLAB and SIMULINK for sensor dynamics control loops

• Experience in development for control algorithms for electrical system

• Experience in Power supply control loops (feedback control) etc.

• Experienced in power conversion techniques and its functionality example: Rectifier, Invertor, Alternators, motor drive modules.

• knowledge on control loops (Open loop and Closed loop)

• Someone with recent experience in design and testing of low voltage control systems for surface equipment (ideally oilfield PLC based such as Allen Bradly) and hazardous area data acquisition systems such as P&F or Siemens PLC
