Unilever Deductions Specialist - Bilingual French/English in Anjou, Quebec
Background & Purpose of the Job
Unilever is looking for a Deductions Analyst to join our team in Anjou, Quebec. You will join a tight-knit group and hone and showcase your financial aptitude, customer service skills and analytical ability.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
You will gather, process and validate deductions, issue cheques as required, compile back-up files and ensure audit compliance throughout the process. Working closely with the Key Account Managers, you will ensure events are planned meticulously and amounts are sitting in the right buckets to clear deductions. You will maintain and reconcile the invalids process and tracker and support the analysis of deduction balances. You will also provide monthly status updates to account teams.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Fluently Bilingual in French and English is required
College Diploma or University Degree
Minimum of 2 years of business experience, ideally in Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Collections, or similar roles.
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, ability to manage a large volume of work.
Strong analytical and problem skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have:
Financial knowledge is an asset (ex. reconciliation, accounting, forecasting and planning).
Experience using SAP, AMPS or other deductions systems is an asset.
