Hiring Range: $28.19-$37.70
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
Prepare support and perform the calculations for valuation of the accounts receivable using RCA revenue analytics tool
Conduct analysis and report on net revenue for variances from budget, expected realization, and change in priors
Work with other departments to increase the accuracy of projected and budgeted net revenue
Help calculate actual, budgeted, and projected net patient service revenue using data sources from the general ledger and RCA
Report on and reconcile statistical information from multiple sources, including projected daily statistics and month end statistics
Work with Expanse and third-party sequel vendor to produce and update statistical and net revenue report
Provide backup coverage for other department associates, including but not limited to cash management duties.
Education, Training & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of cumulative experience OR seven (7) years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Healthcare experience required. Experience with Meditech Expanse preferred.
Certifications / Licensure:
Certified Net Revenue Analyst (CNRA) preferred, training available on hire.
