Our Record-to-Report business line provides a variety of innovative, and reliable financial services - from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also provide services in Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling and much more!

Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?

You will be part of our Center of Expertise of Fixed Assets, a multidisciplinary team that provides services and automation tools related with Fixed Assets for more than 130 companies and still growing.

Your mission will be…

• Plan, implement and support new roll outs and tools;

• Support Team Leader and Service Line Manager on current and future projects;

• Support our clients in Fixed Assets topics, processes and consultancy;

• Improvement process proposal.

We are looking for someone with…

• Technical background in Financial, Business administration, Accounting or equivalent;

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or customer oriented tasks. Fixed Assets knowledge is a plus;

• English, written and spoken (mandatory). Any other languages are an advantage;

• Proficient in MSOffice (Excel). Knowledge in SAP system (nice to have);

• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Act like an owner and proactively;

• Confident in working in an international environment;

• Like to work with new tools and systems;

• Strong critical thinking, gathering complex problems, learning new skills, and developing solutions;

• Excellent organizational and planning skills;

• Service attitude;

• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
