Customer Service Representative Job Description
The Customer Service Representative’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Providing outstanding customer service via inbound and outbound calls and SMS texting.
Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
Deliver call scripts with authentic cadence; be clear, compelling, empathetic, and personable.
Respond to customer requests, resolving issues, and promote the O’Bryan Family Plan.
Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
Meet daily, weekly, monthly metric goals
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements
The Customer Service Representative should possess the following experience, skills, characteristics, and abilities:
Demonstrate a positive attitude while at work
Minimum of one year experience in customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate
Must be willing to learn
Must show up to work every day on time
Work well in team environment to accomplish company goals
Judgment, tact, and initiative to identify and solve problems
Confident, action-oriented, multi-tasker and quick-thinker
Excellent interpersonal and phone skills
Ability to juggle multiple assignments while paying attention to details
