Job Summary

Provides senior contract support to DoD CIO SATCOM Chief in the areas of Commercial Satellite Communications and Enterprise Satellite Communications Management and Control. 

Telework is supported at 40%. Travel is required. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Provides direct support to the DoD CIO SATCOM Chief; serves as liaison to Commercial SATCOM industry; conducts analysis; authors papers and presentations; participates in governance forums and advises government leadership on pending decisions and recommendations on courses of action; provides costing analysis on SATCOM solutions/capabilities. 

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have at least fifteen (15) years of experience. Must have experience in SATCOM, DoD Governance, OSD Organizations/Relations, good speaker and writer. 

Education Requirements

Masters Degree

Certifications

PMP is preferred.

Clearance Requirement

TS/SCI
